Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to provide affordable and reliable delivery options using trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Metro Cities (India): 2-5 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India. We look forward to expanding our reach in the near future.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or external factors such as weather or holidays. Obsidian Drip is not liable for such delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when the package is marked as delivered by the courier, or upon signature receipt by you or an authorized recipient at the provided address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Obsidian Drip is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a local facility. Customers are responsible for coordinating with the courier to complete delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos or documentation.

Shipping During Sales or Promotions

Please note that during high-volume sales periods or promotional events, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
