Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).
  • Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and Photos to App & Website to [email protected], and our team will assist.


Return Charges and Refunds

  • Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid
  • Refund Method: Refund is to be issued as credits to your Obsidian Drip Gift Card only, via email.


Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
  • Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 fee on COD orders.
  • Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you as a Gift Card for future purchases.
  • The above policies are the same for our premium collection as well.


Return & Exchange Process

  • The Return or Exchange can be initiated via the Website or through WhatsApp, read through the prompts highlighted on the App or Website.
  • The process will be initiated only when the Customer Experience Team accepts your requests, typically within 48 hours post the request raised from the customers end.
  • Reverse Pickup - Reverse pickups will be arranged only after confirmation from our team.
  • Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged as they were delivered to you.
  • The refund method stays the same as Obsidian Gift Card for both COD & Prepaid Orders.


Order Cancellation: PLEASE NOTE, Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please Note: Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be exchanged.

Certain items are not eligible for exchange or replacement, including Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits, Caps, Hats, Masks, Boxers, and Shorts.


Exchange and Refund Conditions

Covered Issues: We exchange or refund items with manufacturing defects, not issues caused by improper use or care.

Guarantee Covers:

  • Loose seams or stitching
  • Discoloration or fading of fabric
  • Uneven dye application
  • Excessive pilling or fuzzing
  • Misplaced or missing embellishments
  • Severe wrinkling or creasing
  • Tears or frays along the edges
  • Any noticeable defect that impacts the look or function

Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper washing or care
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Any alterations after purchase
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Fabric breakdown from harsh chemicals or environment


3-Month Guarantee for up to 50 Washes

Obsidian Drip offers a 3-month guarantee on its products mentioned below, covering up to 50 washes. This guarantee applies to any defects or damages within this timeframe, entitling you to a replacement product. *(3 months from the day of delivery)*


Premium Collection Guarantee

We offer a guarantee of nearly 3 months exclusively for our Supima collection.
